Amelia brings a thoughtful and personable approach to her work, combining pragmatism with empathy.

She builds strong relationships with both lay and professional clients, putting people at ease through clear communication and an approachable manner. She is a committed and determined advocate, focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for those she represents.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Amelia enjoyed a successful career as a classical musician, having studied at Chetham’s School of Music and the Royal Northern College of Music. Her performance background sharpened her attention to detail, discipline, and ability to remain composed under pressure, qualities that transferred seamlessly to her legal practice.

Amelia completed pupillage under the supervision of Katrina Wilson in October 2025 and now enjoys a busy practice, both prosecuting and defending, across the Midland Circuit.
