Daniel Church appointed District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts)
The King has appointed Daniel Church to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midlands Circuit, based at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court with effect from 28 April 2025.
Dan’s Judicial appointment is the second in quick-succession for Chambers and something we are immensely proud of. Congratulations, Dan!
