Ellesse brings an attention to detail and a capacity for hard work to all her cases and the result is a busy practice prosecuting and defending across the East Midlands.
Prior to the Bar, Ellesse gained significant experience of the legal profession through working as a paralegal in a large Solicitors firm and by volunteering on Death Row in the United States. These experiences have provided Ellesse with different perspectives on the law which she incorporates into her work.
Ellesse joined Chambers in September 2024 upon completing pupillage under the supervision of Julia King and Laura Pitman. She has quickly established a successful practice in both the Crown Court and the Magistrates' Court.
Ellesse is a keen hiker. She has completed the National and Yorkshire Three Peaks raising money for charity.
