Castle Gate Chambers was established in 2020 and is a boutique set of talented criminal practitioners. We pride ourselves on being communal and supportive and are keen to recruit organically to ensure that we attract the best candidates who are most likely to thrive within our set.

Current Pupils
Andie is completing pupillage under the supervision of James Horne KC and Laura Hocknell. Andie completed her BTC and LLM at Nottingham Trent University and, prior to commencing pupillage, worked as a Crown Court clerk.
Amelia is undertaking pupillage under the supervision of Stephen Cobley. She studied the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. Prior to commencing pupillage, Amelia worked as a paralegal alongside completing her Law degree at Leeds Beckett University.
