R v DF (Court of Appeal 2026) Led by Laurie-Anne Power KC, their client’s conviction for Murder was quashed following a successful argument that the case should have been stopped by the trial judge as there was no case to answer. 

R v DG (Nottingham Crown Court 2026) Instructed for the defendant charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving which was captured on CCTV. A not guilty verdict was returned by the Jury.

R v FW (Nottingham Crown Court 2025) Instructed for the defendant charged with kidnap during a sustained incident of alleged violent intimidation. A not guilty verdict was returned by the Jury.

R v JW (Lincoln Crown Court 2025) Led by James Horne KC, their client was acquitted of Murder following a successful submission of no case to answer.  

Operation Merging (Lincoln Crown Court 2025) Led junior for the prosecution in a multi-defendant county lines drugs conspiracy.

R v BF (Nottingham Crown Court 2025) Instructed for the defendant charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm. A not guilty verdict was returned by the Jury.

R v MC (Nottingham Crown Court 2025) Instructed for the defendant charged with a series of violent offences against his partner. Not guilty verdicts were returned by the Jury. 

Operation Continental (Nottingham Crown Court 2025) Instructed to defend a client charged with the importation of high amounts of Class A and B drugs along with nine co-defendants. Rebecca successfully negotiated a plea to a lesser offence and a non-custodial sentence was imposed.  

Operation Hazon (Nottingham Crown Court 2024) Led junior for the second defendant charged with Murder. 

Operation Blanc (Nottingham Crown Court 2024) Instructed for the defendant in a case that involved allegations of kidnap and serious violence. 

Operation Struck (Lincoln Crown Court 2024) Led junior for the prosecution in a multi-defendant county lines drugs conspiracy.

Operation Anvil (Lincoln Crown Court 2023) Led junior for the prosecution in a multi-defendant county lines drugs conspiracy.

R v AV (Nottingham Crown Court 2023) Rebecca represented the lead defendant in a Trial involving an allegation of aggravated burglary. The defendant was acquitted by the Jury. 

R v IR (Nottingham Crown Court 2023) Rebecca’s client was charged with s.18 GBH following a stabbing where life threatening and life altering injuries were caused. The issue was self-defence. The defendant was acquitted by the Jury.  

Operation Rooster (Nottingham Crown Court 2023) Acquittal of a defendant charged with the importation of multiple kilos of class A drugs from Europe. 

Operation Pincherry (Nottingham Crown Court 2023) Instructed to represent a defendant who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply class A drugs. Rebecca successfully argued for a suspended sentence. 

R v WD (Nottingham Crown Court 2022) Instructed to make an application to vacate the previously entered guilty pleas of behalf of the defendant. Rebecca’s application was successful which resulted in the defendant’s acquittal.  

R v AU (Derby Crown Court 2022) Defending a client at Trial charged with s.18 who was alleged to have ran over the victim in his car causing serious injury. The incident was captured on CCTV. Rebecca’s client was acquitted of the most serious allegation.    

R v TC (Sheffield Crown Court 2022) Rebecca secured a suspended sentence for her client who had pleaded guilty to the supply of class A drugs for a second time. 

R v ES (Nottingham Crown Court 2022) Rebecca secured the acquittal of her client at Trial who was facing several charges of domestic violence.  

Operation Maxil (Derby Crown Court 2021) Led junior for the defendant charged with Murder. 

Operation Virtuality (Nottingham Crown Court 2021) Led junior for the lead defendant in a complex county lines’ drugs and firearms conspiracy involving several shooting incidents. 

Operation Xylographer (Nottingham Crown Court 2019) Instructed for the defendant in a lengthy and complex drugs and firearms conspiracy.

R v DW & others (Nottingham Crown Court 2019) Led junior for the defendant in a complex fraud conspiracy that ran for 16 weeks. 

R v EF (Sheffield Crown Court 2019) Acquittal of a client charged with GBH following a submission of no case to answer at Trial. Rebecca was praised for her ability and manner in dealing with her client who had never before faced criminal proceedings. 

R v CC (Leicester Crown Court 2018) Instructed on behalf of a defendant who faced allegations of serious violence and was acquitted at trial. 

R v DH (Nottingham Crown Court 2018) Led junior in the prosecution of a defendant charged with the murder of her partner. 

R v MW & others (Lincoln Crown Court 2018) Rebecca secured the acquittal of her client who face allegations of violence following a successful submission of no case to answer.

R v BF (Nottingham Crown Court 2018) Instructed on behalf of a young and vulnerable defendant who faced 3 allegations of knife point robbery. 

R v CB (Leicester Crown Court 2017) Rebecca’s client was acquitted of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence where the defendant chose not to give evidence at Trial.  

R v DA (Derby Crown Court 2017) Led junior instructed on behalf of the defendant who was charged with offences of rape. This case involved the comprehensive analysis of thousands of pages of unused material and telephone evidence which was vital in securing not guilty verdicts to several counts on the Indictment. 

R v CN (Leicester Crown Court 2017) Acquittal of a client charged with wounding following a submission of no case to answer at Trial. The defendant was said to have assaulted an opposition player during a football match causing a serious facial injury. 

R v MW (Nottingham Crown Court 2017) Instructed on behalf of the defendant charged with burglary where the offence was captured on CCTV and the defendant had been identified. Rebecca secured a not guilty verdict at Trial. 

R v JG (Derby Crown Court 2017) Instructed on behalf of the defendant in Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings which resulted in a successful outcome on behalf of her client.
