Success in the Court of Appeal – Murder conviction quashed
Rebecca Coleman, led by Laurie-Anne Power KC, successfully argued that their client’s conviction for Murder was unsafe.
The conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal who agreed that the case should have been stopped by the trial judge as there was no case to answer.
